I made these hair scrunchies from stretch velvet fabric. This velvet is soft, stretchy and a nice lightweight, which makes gorgeous scrunchies. In addition, it also has a beautiful sheen. This XL velvet scrunchie is great for all hair types. The design is a solid, black and is very soft to prevent hair breakage.
