Shopping Basics
Orders that are under 1 lb will ship USPS First Class Mail. Transit is normally 3-7 days, depending on the location it is being shipped. This is typically smaller orders, such as key chain wristlets, face mask, and scrunchies. It will upgrade larger volume orders to USPS Priority Mail.
Orders over 1 lb will ship USPS Priority Mail. Transit time is normally 2-3 days, depending on the location.
International orders are shipped USPS Global shipping. The transit time varies and is dependant upon the shipping destination.

Face Mask:
Due to the nature of the product, we will not accept returns for face mask. If you have questions, please ask prior to placing your order.
Custom orders:
We do not accept returns on custom request and bulk requested orders.
All other items:
Returns are accepted for any item that has not been used and is in new condition. All tags must still be in place and the product must be returned in new condition. All claims need to be made within 14 days of receiving your item.
Orders return without a valid return authorization will not be accepted.
You are responsible for packaging and shipping your order back.
We ship all items internationally via USPS Global shipping.
I attempt to get your order out as soon as possible. Please reach out to me via the contact form to request a cancellation within 24 hours. After that time frame, I can not cancel the order.
If you choose to refuse delivery on your order, you will be responsible for return shipping.
If you already have an account, simply log in and select my orders. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, so please keep an eye out for that.
In the event that you do not have an account, you can create an account with the same email address you placed your order with. Your orders will appear after your account is created.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address you have used to create the order.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards. Credit cards are processed securely through stripe.
Sales taxes are collected for any order in the state of Louisiana.
